This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My first graders have just returned to school for the new school year. They are eager to learn and many say math is their favorite part of the day. These math matching puzzles and games would be great for them to do when they finish their work. I have one older math puzzle they really enjoy exploring and it has been well used. The magnetic math sets would be a fun addition to our math board. More things students can manipulate will help with their learning. These math materials would be a great addition to my class this year.
