My Project

My goal is to create a classroom where students experience math as something engaging, collaborative, and enjoyable. These strategy-based math games will provide hands-on opportunities for students to strengthen number sense, logical reasoning, probability, spatial reasoning, and problem-solving skills while building confidence in their mathematical thinking. The games will be used during enrichment activities, small-group instruction, math intervention, and early finisher time, giving every student meaningful opportunities to practice essential skills in an interactive way.

Every day, my students remind me that curiosity grows when learning is hands-on, interactive, and filled with opportunities to explore.

They come from a variety of backgrounds and bring unique perspectives to our classroom, making collaboration an important part of their learning experience. Educational games encourage students to communicate their thinking, test strategies, learn from mistakes, and persevere through challenges. They also create an environment where students feel comfortable taking academic risks and celebrating each other's successes.

By supporting this project, you will help transform math practice into an experience that is exciting, accessible, and memorable. These games will give students the chance to develop critical thinking skills, strengthen their confidence, and discover that learning math can be both challenging and fun.
