This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Math is crucial for various aspects of life, from understanding the world around us to navigating daily tasks and pursuing careers. It enhances problem-solving skills, promotes logical reasoning, and builds a foundation for careers in STEM fields. My students come from a low income homes and study at a Title 1 school. In order to help my students acquire their math skills, I would like to include math manipulatives and have an in class printer for quick worksheets when needed.
These donations will help my students have hands on manipulatives to help them build their math skills while engaged and having fun!
