This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I plan to use the materials during Math class. I want to provide my students with markers, to engage in our lesson by writing their answers. Manipulatives are a big part of math instruction, I want to provide each group with manipulatives to work through different exercises. This year we have used seed, beans and anything I had access, but is time to provide my students with quality materials that I can use with future classes that come in my math class. Teachers have been using too many of their funds to provide for students, thanks DonorsChoose for supporting education.
