Help me give my students a magnetic number bonds set, dry erase math hundred board, magnetic base ten blocks, and other math manipulatives so that they will be able to engage in understand basic math concepts.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The magnetic number bonds set, dry erase math hundred board, magnetic base ten blocks, and other math tools will help develop a love of math allowing them to engage in the basic concepts that they will need as they increase their math skills. We will use it as an introduction to math lessons and hands on learning during whole group, small group, and independent work stations. I know my students will enhance their understanding is basic math skills by being able to touch these manipulatives during the school day. Thank you for considering my classroom as I know there are tons of worthy classrooms out there as well.
