My Students

This year, I am teaching the most exuberant and entertaining bunch that I have ever come across. My kids have such a joy for learning and life itself. Every day is a new adventure with these kids. Our school is a Title I school in Indiana.

Our classroom is primarily made up of twenty-four students, and many of them come from bilingual households and qualify for free or reduced-price lunch.

These elementary students do not let their outside struggles define or taint their future. They work hard and are super excited to learn and grow.

My Project

This project is full of awesome learning stations that will help develop my students' math brains. These students love to move around the room and work in groups! Some learning centers focus on addition, subtraction, multiplication, and math standards. They will be used after I've taught my lesson to enforce previous math skills already taught. I'm excited to see them manipulate the money and practice skip counting. They are going to love going around the room and exercising their minds. This will be used at the end of the math lesson when the students need independent work and review.
