Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love working with numbers and this will be very excited for them to practice math. As a first year teacher the classroom doesn’t have variety to work in centers depending on the lesson. They are very bright students and I want them to continue having that excitement they have when working with math.
The locks and the power pens are going to help them have fun when they are in small groups but also challenge them when working with math problems.
This will mean a lot for them and my self. We will be very appreciative if we get the chance for this to be funded. As a 1st year teacher this will be a blessing for my classroom.
