My Project
My students are special education students who struggle with math. Many are from low income houses. Many struggle with behavior due to their disabilities and their frustration in math.
I give math bucks to my students for good behavior and success in the classroom.
They take those math bucks and buy a variety of things. They learn to save their money to buy what they really want. They can buy some things for a dollar and other things up to a dollar.
My students love this cause they are rewarded for the things they do in class. This helps with discipline and the students ability to pay attention.
