This is a general education classroom with students who can also potentially be on an Individualized Educational Plan. I have three students currently on those plans, however, that can change at any time. My class loves to read and explore! My Project
These exciting math and science manipulatives have long been on my wish list, to enhance our math and science lessons! Multi-sensory hands-on learning is key to visualizing and remembering concepts presented, and helps lessons become more fun and meaningful. Many of these materials are basics needed for math instruction, and as a new teacher starting during the pandemic, my classroom has had few supplies available. These color-coded math manipulatives will especially help with number relationships, base 10 concepts, fractions, and time. Many of the pieces are magnetic, and can be used together with the science magnet kits to help develop critical thinking skills. Thank you for helping provide these much-needed materials for my students!
