Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love to learn through play and with hands-on materials. Watching them get excited over new materials melts my heart. The cash register, sequencing puzzles and geometric shapes kit will help my students work on counting, identifying coins and building 3-D shapes. The block people will help them develop vocabulary. Having two different families show diversity in the classroom.
My students get so excited to learn new things and share them with their classmates.
The students will be able to work together to and build solid counting skills. The students will gain more knowledge with building 3-D shapes. The students have a great block center and adding people to the center, will help them practice and develop healthy family scenarios.
