We are excited to provide our math teachers with the things they need to be inovative. Anglegs are small plastic line segments that connect to make triangle and other polygons. Students enjoy using these hands on tools to discover angle relationships, measurements and more. Students loved using them when learning how to find out if two triangles were congruent. This grant would help each of our geometry teachers have a classroom set so that all students have access to the same fun supplies.
Our school has supplied teachers with ipads and apple tvs but apple pencils will help us utilize what we have even more.
Apple Pencils will help teachers make help videos, where students can hear them and see them writing. We can use the pencils to do notes and examples on our apple tv and create answer keys and colorful, organized notes, instructions and more.
