This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Math 24 is a tournament card game that promotes mental math with addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Our scholars participated in our District-wide tournament last year and fell in love with the game. Next school year we plan to participate in the tournament again.

The Math 24 cards will allow our scholars to learn how to play Math 24 and build their mental math abilities.

Our scholars also love games that challenge their minds. The math logic games such as Set, Skip Bo, and Uno, will give our students different options to play when they have free time. The Circuit Maze game will allow our scholars to explore different technologies and team building as they work together to solve circuit challenges.
