This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Hi. I am a veteran teacher looking to help some amazing at-risk students! I teach fifth grade in a high poverty at-risk school district. Our funds are so limited and stretched, and we are not able to receive many things for our classroom. Please help fund my projects to give me the opportunity to show my students the world! I absolutely love technology, and I think it makes a world of difference in making education exciting. Please help me help these children!

My Project

These materials are items that we need in our classroom to help us learn. Every child loves to have items that make learning fun. By having dry erase boards and bean bags to sit on, we can go off into small groups to work together in a positive cozy environment.

In our classroom, we learn reading through readers workshop!

Our students choose novels on their reading level to help them grow and prosper. As our library increases, we are in need of some more buckets to hold our novels.

Please support our children in making our environment a wonderful place to learn!
