My Students
My students are identified as gifted learners. They are passionate about learning and love to be at school. They have beautiful talents and gifts to share with the world!
My students thrive when they are exposed to challenging materials and projects that involve creativity and higher-level thinking skills.
Most students are reading at a high school and college level, are exploring complex math skills, and have ample knowledge about sciences. They thrive when participating in activities that stretch their thinking and where they are able to solve problems in the real world.
My Project
These materials will help my students be successful in learning. Often times, certain materials are hard to come by. These materials will give my students new opportunities to learn.
As technology becomes more and more important in education, the ability for students to learn on technology at their own pace is key.
Headphones will allow my students to be able to use their Chromebooks for self-directed independent learning. Along with headphones, the paper organizers will help students store technology materials such as headphones in an easy to access way.
A class set of novels will help my students be able to read on their own and apply the reading to their own lives. The book Wonder by R.J. Palacio will also help to teach social and emotional skills which are important to my students.
