My Project

As we wind down the end of our year, we are already planning for our 2024-2025 school year. The supplies are going to provide our students to a great start as they enter 3rd grade! Crayons and colored pencils are used often in our classroom. Students use them to label, make their own anchor charts and reference sheets, during center work and special projects. Colored paper will be used for special notes home: monthly newsletters, permission slips and notices. A classroom can never have enough pencils! Scissors and glue are used for projects and can be a helpful way for students to strengthen their fine motor skills and coordination. Chair pockets are new for us. The desks we have are not large enough for students to put their materials in. It has been difficult for students who need organizational help. Chair pockets will eliminate the clutter and make accessing their materials easier. Chart paper is used daily in the classroom: anchor charts, student charts, data charts, etc.
