Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The students at my school are dedicated to success! All of my students come from low-income homes, but that does not stop them from pursuing their dreams. Many of these students face daily challenges at home and outside the classroom. However, once they step foot into the school, they are all goal-orientated and will not let anything come in their way of succeeding! They use these daily challenges to drive them even closer to their goals.
My students work hard no matter what level they are at.
They are not afraid to take risks, ask for help or challenge themselves. My students are true scholars! By supporting my projects you will be providing my students with a safer and more engaging learning environment which in turn will help them be the successful scholars they hope to be!
My Project
These materials will help ensure the learning that is occurring at home can be just as engaging as the learning was at school. The material that is being asked for is pen cases that will help ensure the creativity continues.
Many of my students lack the basic necessities they need to engage in distance learning.
These materials will help provide them and me with the opportunity to make distance learning engaging and successful. These are crazy enough times as it is, I do not want the stress of not having what they need to hold my students back.
