Our students are composed of a majority of Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islanders who live on Hawaiian Homestead. These students come from the Leeward Coast of Oahu, from Nanakuli, Maili, Waianae, and Makaha. Our students are resilient, socially responsible, and resourceful.
Education is a tool that empowers our students to succeed and guides them to a brighter future ahead.
Arriving to school equipped for the school day helps my students feel confident in their ability to function in the classroom. For this project, we are requesting pencils, erasers, crayons, composition notebooks, index cards, and other basic school supplies that are essential to our childrenʻs education.
