This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are always so excited to learn and share. They love the opportunity to show, explain and perform for their classmates. An iPad charger station would be so helpful in enabling all my students the opportunity to research, watch and create without having to get frustrated that their ipad isn't charged.
I love that when my students have the opportunity to create and display their work their confidence grows.
Having display shelves and pocket charts would be wonderful for students to showcase their creations and demonstrate their thinking to our community of learners.
An electric pencil sharpener would be amazing because how can you create without a sharp pencil? Ours broke and walking around to sharpen pencils manually for each student takes away from valuable artistic creations. The past years have also taken a toll on our ability to write in a comfortable, productive way. Pencil grips and erasers would help us with comfort and quality work.
