Every morning I have the privilege of working with 25 amazing first graders. Each day they come in ready and willing to learn everything I have to teach that day. The donation of these supplies will help my students have the materials needed to continue being successful each day.
My students are such a sweet, smart, and talented group.
Every day I go to work because of them and make sure they are getting everything they need. They are silly and know how to keep a smile on my face. They are such a hard working group of kids and I could not be a prouder teacher. My students love learning and do anything they can to learn more. I am blessed to be working with 25 amazing first graders.
The name tags will be for safety purposes. My students will use them to remain safe and to follow the rules of our school. They will use the crayons as extra supplies. I have an artistic group that expresses their thinking by using pictures. Having crayons as a resource will help my students express creativity. The pencil sharpener is so my students can have pencils ready as needed. The biggest problem in my classroom right now is having to use the mechanical sharpener to sharpen pencils. This is very time consuming. Getting an electric sharpener will save instruction time for my classroom.
My project will make a difference by giving my students a learning experience they will never forget.
By using these supplies, my students will not have to worry about failing to completing an assignment because they are out of the materials. This will help my students learn to their highest potential and become ready for the next grade.
