Material Needed for Amazing Students to Continue to Learn!
Help me give my students please. I am a Special Education teacher in a 17:1:1 class of amazing students. My students are eager to learn and would benefit from the puzzle cards, food books & easels items I have placed in my cart.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
What I love and enjoy most about my students is that they allow me to bring creativity, humor, along with high expectations to them every day. It makes me smile when my students are able to help each other instead of asking me questions. I remind my students to "Ask 3 before Me."
It gives me great pleasure watching my students demonstrate their knowledge and understanding to their peers.
Being that my school follows the Montessori Philosophy it is rewarding seeing how their self-directed activities, hands-on learning and collaborative play that I have facilitated can be rewarding.
Having additional supplies (puzzle cards, food books & easels) for my students will allow them to continue to learn, explore, and grow together. My goal is to improve the learning environment for my students. Often times Students with Disabilities are not held to the same standards as General Education students, however in our class I remind my students that we will all reach the finish line, it's just we in our class find unique ways to get there!
Your donation will go a long way in ensuring that we achieve our goal of making it to the end of the race!
