This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me give my students matching t-shirts for field trip days. We often take trips to crowded places; the kids having matching t-shirts makes it easier to spot them, especially in kindergarten.
It will also help them to realize what a special day it is when they get to enjoy real life experiences in special trip shirts.
This project will help our students and families by avoiding having to ask them to purchase shirts as we are a Title I school in a low income area. Our goal is for all our students to be able to wear the same shirt for all our field trips throughout this year.
