This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach at a wonderful school in Chicago. My kindergarten students are so special to me because they always come into school every morning with big smiles on their faces and are ready to learn new things, despite the hardships and challenges that they may face at home.

My Project

Unfortunately, my school does not provide tuition reimbursement for teachers pursuing another degree but I am wanting to continue my education so that I can be an even better teacher for my students!

I am trying to plan ahead and am hoping I can fund this project so that I can register for another course required to complete my master's degree, MSED693 - Using Domains to Frame Instruction.

This course is scheduled to begin mid March 2021.

I want to better serve my students and am always interested in learning about "today's best teaching practices". Thank you for your consideration!
