Third grade is a challenging year. There are many gaps in the math curriculum between second and third grade. It is important for students to be fluent in their math facts to help them with more difficult math equations they will encounter in future grades. Multiplication is an important skill for third graders to master. Reflex Math is a fun and individualized system that keeps students engaged. It adapts and differentiates each student's learning path in mastering addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Reflex Math also allows educators and students to monitor their progress and gives students rewards and certificates as they master the skill.
I always start my third graders on addition and subtraction and am able to switch them to multiplication and division once the first skills are mastered.
Reflex Math is a lot of fun and the students enjoy getting on each morning to get their brains going. As they progress through their fluency they are able to unlock more games which keeps them motivated! This is a very useful supplemental resource and I would be so grateful if you would assist me in providing this for my students.
