What I am requesting for my classroom already has a “home” once it arrives! The large carpet will be placed in the front of the classroom and used as a gathering place during our Morning Meetings, Math and Reading lessons, and in our class share times. It will be placed directly in front of our Smart Board which we use daily. The Smart Board projects our Power Points for any Phonics lessons or stories we are reading, Math lessons for me to use in my teaching, and videos that assist in teaching a concept or historic event we are learning about.
