My Students

I teach Pre-K, ages 3 to 5 years. All of my students have overcome adversities or live with trauma or a special need. Most of my students live in poverty. I individually try to bond with each family and put my best foot forward to get them the intervention services they need. My students are a blessing to me because each one has a special place in my heart.

I believe these students will achieve their goals in life through education and have bright futures.

I set individual goals for each student. I focus many of my lessons on science and math. These students are very young, and it is up to me to set their educational foundations.

My Project

Many of my students need disposable masks that fit correctly and keep germs at bay by wearing a face mask. They use these masks for travel from home to school and back home again. Many of my students do a really good job at covering their noses with their mask. We have 34 preschoolers wearing their mask each day. I give them a clean mask after breakfast and they wear their mask as they play and learn alongside peers. These masks also provide protection from the toys being mouthed. Mask and handwashing will hopefully put a minimum to germs.
