Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
In the YES library, every student deserves the opportunity to have a welcoming and safe space to grow their knowledge and enjoyment of reading.
Currently, our library urgently requires vital resources to fully support the diverse needs of our students.
With your support, each student will have access to a learning environment that is both comforting and supportive as young reader strengthen their independent reading skills and grow a joy of reading.
With your unwavering assistance, students will have the opportunity to be cast in a warm ambiance with each lamp that will light their reading path. Each student will be prepared with a working pencil sharpener at their disposal and have the opportunity to choose a bookmark of their choice. The significance of sign holders will allow students to view the most recent novels available and keep up-to-date with library events that pique their interest. Furthermore, the power outlets will allow students the basic need of having a charged laptop to complete typed assignments.
