I have a class of energetic, thoughtful kindergarten students!
My students come from a variety of backgrounds within our small, close-knit community.
Our Title I school is situated in a rural town just south of Syracuse, NY. I grew up in this community as well, and I couldn't be happier to teach here!
My students enjoy reading, math, and working with hands-on materials. I use differentiated instruction with a variety of learning experiences. With quality resources and tools for success, I can watch my students reach their fullest potential!
My Project
The materials for this project will help me teach my students about the wonders of trees. We will be learning how trees live and grow.
I want to give my students quality materials to enrich their learning!
We will use the tree rings to observe how trees grow and live.
My students will love to have small forest animals to study and play with to gain a deeper understanding of how trees help animals to survive.
We will then move on to making a collage of how trees benefit animals and people alike!
