Marvelous Me!

Help me give my students books about African American children to celebrate Black History Month.

FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Irby's classroom raised $302

My Project

We are excited to kick off Black History Month with our students. This year we want to fill our library with books that teach our scholars about amazing African Americans who paved the way for us. Our scholars love to look at books with pictures of children and adults that look just like them.

It is our goal to fill our library with books about African-American families, children, and leaders to foster a sense of pride in our community.

Children with high self-esteem excel in school, at home, and in the community. We look forward to creating a magic classroom experience for our scholars.
