Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Magna-Tiles are magnetic building toys that help young children develop a variety of early learning skills. The children learn to cooperate and share as they build with the Magna-Tiles. They learn to create various habitats for the animals that are included with some of the sets.

Magna-Tiles are highly engaging for my young scholars.

They are developing important vocabulary skills when they describe the colors, shapes, and sizes of the Magna-Tiles. I plan to take pictures of their creations and make them into a class book as well as hang the picture around the classroom.
