My Project

The Scholastic magazines are a great resource for students to read of current events that give high interests for the students. The magazines are on their level of understanding the current events and helps students to relate to the topics. Students want to read the magazines. The activities that go with the magazines are engaging and support literacy in the classroom.

The magazines will promote literacy and engage my students to read and want to learn.

The goals I have for the magazines is to promote literacy in the classroom and keep my students highly interested and engaged in reading.

My students are good class and want to continue to learn. They want to be engaged in the learning and want to read more than just the textbooks we have. These stories in the magazines relate to the science we learn and topics we discuss in class.
