This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These resources will help students gain access to materials that will better aid them in marking the text. Many of our students struggle to connect with the text were reading. Studies show, when students are engaged by highlighting and annotating, they are better apt to remember and learn content. COVID-19 has forced students to learn in new ways. We are just getting back to the normalcy of in person schooling, and students need to relearn key tips for being successful in class. These materials will help students relearn those vital text marking tools that are key to engaging learning. The digital clock will assist vision impaired students in my classroom.
