This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Math is so abstract in junior high! With markers and manipulatives, though, student understanding will increase exponentially!

Every unit lends itself to math manipulatives!

Adding and subtracting positive and negative numbers are easier to understand with dry erase number lines and dry erase markers! Simplifying proper fractions are made easier with dry erase multiplication charts and dry erase markers!

Coordinate plane graphing is more hands on with dry erase coordinate planes and dry erase markers!

Analyzing word problems is a struggle for many students! Graphic organizers and dry erase materials can help students to analyze and comprehend abstract math concepts!

All the dry erase manipulatives will be stored in durable pouches and made available to students on a daily basis!
