My Students
I work in a large inner-city high school in Salt Lake. We have almost 3000 students. The coronavirus pandemic has been very difficult for many of our kids. In order to deal with the pandemic, most of our kids checked out laptop computers and "hotspots" in order to do any long-distance learning.
My Project
This project will help my students find success no matter where they are learning come this Fall. I am putting together supply boxes for each of my students so they can have the materials they need to be successful while they are in my class. I am asking for sticky page tabs, so they can mark pages in the books we are reading for quick references. I am also asking for mechanical pencils to use for note taking and zipper pouches to store all the school supplies they will need for success in my class.
