My Project
My students are inquisitive, hands on learners who love to figure out how things work. One of our major units this year is learning about and creating a marble maze out of recycled materials. Before students are able create their own marble maze is understanding and exploring how marble mazes work with gravity, friction, and potential and kinetic energy. These hands-on activities help to create a more concrete understanding of how these concepts work. My students will get a chance to put these concepts into play while creating their marble maze.
