This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am requesting STEM kits for my 2nd grade classroom. My students love doing hands-on activities, and these kits will be the perfect addition to our class. These kits will be used to differentiate learning in the classroom by allowing my students the chance to explore and build once they have finished their work.

I believe that having these STEM kits in my classroom will foster a greater love for science.

The idea is that my students will grow to have an interest in building and will choose to pursue this love in the future.
