Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school just finished our first year using the Marathon Kids running program. It was an amazing success. We had 600+ students participate and as a school ran close to 15,000 miles!
These lanyards and ID badges will help with our program as each student will have a QR code attached to the lanyard/ID badge that they will scan after each lap.
The program tallies their laps/miles throughout the year so they can see how they are doing and create goals for themselves.
After each half marathon is completed they receive rewards in the form of stickers/charms on their lanyard depending on the distance.
