This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students love learning about the world and where they are in it. Exposing them to geography at a young age is so beneficial. It allows our students to have a direct connection to where they live and where they may want to be in the future. Our students may never travel outside of their town, their state, or their country, but I want to give them the opportunity to explore the world through visuals, text, and content discussions. Your donation will make this journey happen for them as they venture through fourth grade.
