This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students need the proper manipulatives and materials such as yardsticks, easel pads, scissors, markers, rulers, and centimeter cubes. To provide them with hands-on activities to develop an understanding and fluency with multi-digit multiplication, and developing an understanding of dividing to find quotients involving multi-digit dividends, developing an understanding of fraction equivalence, addition, and subtraction of fractions with like denominators, and multiplication of fractions by whole numbers; understanding that geometric figures can be analyzed and classified based on their properties, such as having parallel sides, perpendicular sides, particular angle measures, and symmetry. With your donations, they will be able to access all the needed materials.
