My Project

Science, technology, engineering, and math. Let's get children excited but these important areas in their academic careers! Introducing these while children are young helps guide their love and intrigue in these areas.

Making math, engineering, and science fun in preschool sets the standard as they continue their education.

Our goal is to keep children interested by introducing fun manipulatives and changing them out often with a replacement that is just and intriguing and educational.

The children in my classroom will use these materials at various times of the day. We use manipulatives during table top time, at work time, as well as after rest time. Tools such as the giant pipe builders can be used in many different ways. During table top activities, at work time in the block area, or even in the water table. Changing the scale of what children are building gives them a new perspective to creations and what they can build.
