Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

At this point in time manga makes up 54% of the circulation of our school library. Because of this wear and tear they often have to be replaced, and because they are serialized, the kids really want and need to read the books in order.

These books are absolutely making reluctant readers love to read.

By helping me keep my series complete you are helping me keep kids motivated to read. All of these books will be on shelves and circulating as soon as I receive them.

I have seen manga absolutely transform the way my kids relate to reading and the library. They support the needs of reluctant readers, students with Dyslexia, and our English Language Learners. These books are working hard!
