This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Laying down a solid foundation is key. Our school and band program are feeling the aftermath of elementary music being cut. Also administration places kids in double Math or double English in middle school which doesn't allow them to build a musical foundation.

They are very dedicated and in need of support.

I service grades 9-12 in the music program and need basic supplies that we are no longer allowed to require kids to purchase to help them grow as musicians.

My Project

Having equipment that doesn't break in the middle of a performance or rehearsal will give them the needed advantage and security while using. It is heartbreaking to work hard and have your mallets break during a performance. The kids do their best to keep the mallets in good condition, but natural wear and tear is inevitable.

Students deserve an opportunity to be as successful as they can.

These mallets will give them the tools they need for success. Your donation will help us provide some help and in return some smiles. Thank you in advance for you time and consideration.
