My Students

I teach an amazing group of 3rd grade students. We are a culturally diverse school with many students who are English language learners. Despite their challenges, they are very inquisitive and eager to learn.

My school is a Title I school which means most students qualify for free breakfast and lunch.

We strive to meet all of their needs as they strive for academic excellence. Their tenacity to learn encourages me to create a fun learning environment so they are actively engaged in learning every day.

My Project

My goal is to give every student access to technology. We currently don't have enough computers for every student in my class. Having technology accessible to them is important to reinforce reading and math skills. My students will be greatly impacted because of your help. My ESE and ESOL students benefit greatly from interactive and visual learning. The iPads will allow them to engage in learning while having fun. Since their English is limited they learn more easily with visual aids like the kind of multimedia technology has to offer.

iPads offer interactive and motivating activities for students on all learning levels.

iPads are also instrumental in learning English. My students will be able to access interactive books, videos, and educational games to help them learn. Apps on iPads are great ways for students to practice English and learn in all subject areas. I am excited to see how the iPads will transform learning in my classroom. Thank you for considering this project.
