My Project
We are a Title I school in our district here in Florida. The school just left being a charter school and is back under the district's power. Unfortunately, we don't get a lot of funding yet. Because of this, we will be making our own uniforms for track, cross country, basketball, volleyball, soccer, and flag football.
With this Cricut and materials such as the heat press, we will be able to give the students professional-looking uniforms at half the cost.
Our students deserve to look as great as the schools that do get funding for uniforms. I know that they'll perform at their best if they look their best! This is very important to them as they want to represent the school in the best way possible. In order for them to do that, they need to feel like they belong. Having the appropriate uniforms will help build students' self-esteem, which is important at their age. If we can get this Cricut and other materials to make the uniforms, the students will be able to do wonders on the field and on the track!
