Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students bring so much energy, curiosity, and heart into our classroom every day. They thrive in spaces that feel safe, inviting, and built just for them. A classroom rug may seem simple, but for us, it’s the heart of the room. It is a place where we come together to share ideas, solve problems, listen to stories, and build a sense of belonging. This rug will turn our open floor into a true learning hub, giving my students a consistent spot to land, connect, and grow as a team.
