Help me give my students the social emotional tools they need to function
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Heard's classroom raised $314

My Project
Help support my students' social emotional needs. Learning to understand their feelings can be very difficult and confusing for students on the spectrum. Social emotional well-being is fundamental in all aspects of daily life. These tools, such as the wobble stools, will help my students learn to self-regulate and understand their emotions. With these tools, students can learn to self-regulate and build meaningful relationships. These are skills needed for life. The interactive plush toys make learning about abstracted feelings hands-on and visual to help facilitate learning and student involvement in the lessons.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
