Help me give my students fun and engaging materials to discover their senses. My students will love to learn about their senses using mystery capsules and sensory games.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My 3 and 4-year-old students are enthusiastic and engaged in all aspects of learning. They come from a variety of ethnic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds. As with all young children, they come to school with a variety of learning styles and we must provide an array of materials to meet and stimulate their growth.
Our Pre-Kindergarten students are the youngest learners in a vibrant school community filled with supportive and involved parents.
Our students come to school ready to both explore and build on their love of learning!
My Project
The hands-on materials that I am requesting for my students already have a "home" in our science center. We just need your help in getting everything through our door to enhance our learning experiences!
Using our senses (seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, and smelling) is crucial to the learning process.
These hands-on materials will help enhance my students' vocabulary, listening skills, motor control skills, self-awareness, and more. In addition, these materials will help my students connect with their senses in a meaningful way as they explore and learn about the many ways they use their senses. By donating to our project, you will not only help us have access to these learning materials and experiences, but you will also be nurturing the scientist in all of us.
