Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students come from all walks of life, creating a diverse classroom where they learn from one another on a daily basis. I want them to grow up to be critical thinkers and life-long learners who are compassionate and empathetic. The students who I have the pleasure of teaching are absolutely amazing!

It is time to invest in their futures now!

I want to provide them the best educational tools to help them succeed in their current and future endeavors in order to create innovative leaders of the future.

I try to do this every day, but it really does take a village!

My Project

My students need resources that will allow them to explore through hands on activities while learning. Our first science unit is plants and animals and my students will be thrilled to be able to watch as a seed becomes a plant with the plant growth kit. I am excited to be able to bring our solar system to life in our next science unit with a model that students can manipulate to understand the movements of planets.

By donating to our project, you will be helping my students stay engaged while learning.
