it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These books are beyond helpful. They are full of books kids love with ready to go ideas and activities to make the read-alouds in the library come alive. Planning for so many classes every week can be daunting, especially when you are not a trained teacher. These books take away some of that stress and allow the library staff to easily prep fun and engaging (as well as educational) activities for when the students come to the library.
The activities also help students build their own reading skills and make them stronger independent readers.
