Making Paper!

My students need a paper making classroom set because they have been learning about recycling and would like to make their own paper.

My Students

My students learn best when they have hands-on materials. We have been studying the importance of recycling and they would enjoy being able to make their own paper!

I have a class of special needs students of varying abilities; however, they all love to learn.

They attend a school located in an economically disadvantaged area. Many of my students live in a shelter or other type of temporary housing. They are faced with other challenges as well, but come to school every day with a thirst for knowledge!

My Project

I would love to be able to give my students a memorable activity that they will cherish forever. I have wanted to make paper for a long time and believe there is no better way to teach them about recycling. The paper making kit will help me achieve this goal.

Donations to this request will bring an unforgettable experience to my students.

They will always remember how they were able to take old scraps of paper and turn them into something new and beautiful!
