My Students
I have an incredibly enthusiastic group of 8th graders this year who are always pushing me to come up with projects that allow them to showcase their tech skills.
They've been exposed to so much tech for so long that they're giving me and my skillset a run for my money, but I'm up for the challenge!
With a few extra resources I think I can keep my classroom performing at a top-notch caliber and collectively take all of our skills to the next level!
My Project
Despite the atypical school year, my 8th graders have been enthusiastically making videos this semester for our InfoTech class. Many students have created videos far above my expectations! I'm hoping to provide them additional resources to take their projects to the next level. We've experimented with green screen technology already, but without the proper stand to hold the backdrop, we can't quite achieve the professional quality we're looking for. This will allow students to more efficiently showcase their skills and creativity!
In my teaching career, I can't think of many times where students have begged me for school supplies and I figure I'd be a fool not to take their enthusiasm and run with it!
